These full wings insignia available for RCAF members had a long and detailed process to go to production. Once we got the original sketches, we had to reproduce it in vector files, add in all the details and instructions, and then analyze our suppliers’ products. To save some time, they would send us lead samples first instead of finished products, that we had. Once these were approved, we would finally be able to move on to finishes, colors, and other details.
